Must-have
5 years engineering management experience
Mechanical electrical plumbing civil works expertise
Preventative and corrective maintenance contracts
Statutory documentation and risk register management
24/7 incident management on-call availability
Nice-to-have
LEED or WELL sustainability certification
PMP project management certification
Experience with old building maintenance
IoT based digital building system knowledge
Registered Electrical Worker (REW) registration
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant engineering management experience
Fluency in Korean and English languages
Ability to handle emergency cases during non-working hours
