Workday is seeking a Project Director for the State & Local Government vertical, responsible for overseeing customer deployments, managing project governance, and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public sector project management and SaaS solutions, along with strong relationship management and financial skills

Job Summary

  • The Project Director will be responsible for the overall management of customer deployments in the State & Local Government vertical.
  • This position will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to strategic deployments, managing the customer and customer executives, establishing project governance, and managing deployment communication within Workday.
  • The Project Director will also work with the Services Sales teams, Consulting Managers, and Workday Resource Management Team to determine appropriate staffing plans, assemble project teams and resolve resource challenges to successfully deliver Workday projects.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $171,300 USD - $256,900 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $162,600 USD - $289,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
