The Case Management Officer for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) is responsible for direct case management, individual counseling, and group psychosocial activities through safe spaces for GBV survivors.
Adhere to the guiding principles of GBV case management, abuse, exploitation, and neglect throughout all case management and psychosocial interventions, ensuring survivor confidentiality and respecting their wishes and decisions.
Contribute to the development of the strategic direction and operationalization of IRC programs in Norte de Santander, coordinating with staff from other areas in IRC (e.g., ERD, Health, and WPE) at the field level.
