Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-10 years JLL or equivalent engineering experience
5-7 years supervisory experience in data centers
Hands-on knowledge of UPS, generators, and switchgear
Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft with weight limits
Experience developing CAPEX and OPEX plans
Nice-to-have
Corrigo, MCIM, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Service Now experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and presentation capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Access
Moderate knowledge of manual trades like carpentry
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent

Seven to ten years of engineering experience
