Amentum is seeking an intern in Structural Analysis to support the Space Exploration Division, working on hardware development and structural analysis related to NASA projects. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering, with knowledge of finite element analysis and CAD applications

Job Summary

  • You will work alongside engineers and scientists on hardware development, payload integration & operations, laboratory & test operations, modeling & simulation, space environments, scientific research and propulsion systems for programs like Human Landing Systems, Space Launch Systems and the International Space Station!
  • The intern shall support the MSFC Space Systems Department in technical activities supporting the development of space systems structure, performing structural analysis for both flight and non-flight hardware.
