Salary
Base: $207,490 - $251,433; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and wellbeing support
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced scientific or medical degree required
Minimum 5+ years pharma industry experience
US Market and Cell Therapy experience preferred
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership in matrix environment
Excellent strategic communication skills
Ability to navigate complex topics with confidence
Key Requirements
DO, MD, NP, PA, PharmD, or PhD degree
5+ years experience in pharma/biopharma or clinical practice
Experience with US Market and Cell Therapy strongly preferred
