Job Summary

  • Provides leadership and oversight of training compliance for the Vaccines organization, ensuring compliant, accurate, and inspection ready training records.
  • Oversees and designs role-based curricula, LMS/PLA governance, OJT and retraining frameworks, train the trainer function, and training documentation standards.
  • Partners closely with Quality and business stakeholders to drive standardization, continuous improvement, and sustained inspection readiness.
