Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician Lead is responsible for ensuring resident maintenance issues are addressed timely and professionally as well as managing and coaching Maintenance Technicians.
Responsibilities include reviewing daily work orders, ensuring team members complete a minimum of five work orders per day, and closing out work orders timely.
