Key Requirements
Minimum five years' experience
Supervising multi-skilled building services maintenance
Strong technical knowledge of critical systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, IWMS
Physical ability to perform job duties
Availability for shift work, weekends, holidays, 24/7/365 on-call
