Job Summary

  • As Head of the PMO, you will lead the PMO capability as an integral part of the Innovation Portfolio Management leadership team.
  • You will be supporting project and portfolio governance and working close to business decisions.
  • You and your small team will furthermore establish and drive a new R&D Performance Management Process to secure clear objectives, planning and impact follow up of initiatives across the wider RD organisation.
