Key Requirements

Ability to measure, mix, and apply gelcoat materials
Ability to operate spray equipment, hand tools, and finishing tools
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Ability to visually inspect gelcoated surfaces
Ability to safely work with chemicals, resins, catalysts, and solvents
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime
