Skills & Requirements
Must-have
UiPath Studio and Robot development
UiPath Orchestrator configuration and management
REFramework and State Machine implementation
Enterprise-scale UiPath deployment experience
CI/CD pipeline integration with Git and Azure DevOps
Nice-to-have
Strong problem-solving mindset and coding passion
Experience mentoring junior developers
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
Knowledge of Power BI and Grafana dashboards
Exposure to cloud-native automation environments
Key Requirements
4 to 8 years total experience required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 4 years hands-on UiPath development experience
Experience with multi-bot environments and COE-led delivery
