Job Summary

  • This role is central to enabling business success through proactive legal counsel and hands-on leadership of contract negotiations, particularly for complex infrastructure and alternative delivery projects.
  • Lead legal negotiations and documentation of complex infrastructure project contracts, including design-build, integrated project delivery (IPD), public private partnership (PPP), joint ventures, and teaming agreements.
