Job Summary

  • This position directs all aspects of most of the retail operations in Dining Services, including the Cougareat Food Court, Jamba, MOA Café, Food-to-Go, and Harvey’s Restaurant.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the Retail Dining operation, setting policies, procedures, and operational expectations.
