Key Requirements

  • Registered and in good standing with CNO
  • Current BCLS certificate
  • 3-5 years critical care nursing experience or Critical Care Certificate
  • BScN preferred
  • Current ACLS certificate preferred
  • Excellent physical assessment skills
  • Demonstrates excellent problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to function independently and as team member
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and public relations skills
  • Demonstrates excellent clinical skills and professional leadership capabilities
