As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for leading the operational team and elevating its standard, structuring scalable processes for Travel, Loyalty, and R4B, and identifying automation opportunities.
You will have direct impact on the regional scalability of the business, transversal interaction with Commercial, Product, Tech, and Finance, and participation in strategic decisions.
