Job Summary

  • Manages an annual budget for the area of responsibility, monitoring and controlling expenses on labour, materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for staff and schedule deployment to ensure labour costs are effectively managed while ensuring standards for service delivery are met.
  • Ensures that employees work in an accurate, safe manner, in accordance with all UBC and WorkSafeBC safety standards, practices, and procedures.
