Job Summary

  • As the enterprise leader for the New Product Introduction (NPI) Management System, you will define, deploy, and continuously improve the late-stage innovation operating model for GE HealthCare, covering Product Concept (phase M0) through Full Product release at volume (M4).
  • This role owns the systems, processes, governance, and performance mechanisms that ensure disciplined, predictable, and high-impact delivery of NPIs to market, aligned with GE HealthCare’s Innovation roadmap, Heartbeat business system, and Phase Review Discipline (PRD).
  • You will partner with and influence across GE HealthCare to institutionalize best-in-class NPI execution across hardware, software, digital, and platform-based products.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business

  • Strong working knowledge of design controls, regulatory requirements, quality systems, and global launch execution
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide operating systems and complex change initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence and lead at executive and enterprise levels
