Job Summary
This 8-week internship focuses on evaluating current training offerings, identifying barriers to access, and recommending accessible, scalable solutions that enhance participation and learning outcomes across the organization.
The role will collaborate with L&D, program leadership, and frontline team members to ensure learning experiences are equitable, accessible, and aligned with the various needs of individuals served.
The internship concludes with a formal presentation of findings and recommendations.
