Job Summary
Drive high-impact healthcare delivery by leading complex patient monitoring, therapeutic care, IT, and capital equipment implementations.
Coordinate, lead, and motivate cross-functional internal and external Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams in partnership with hospital-assigned project managers and key stakeholders.
This role also includes field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities.

Salary
Base: $90,000 to $143,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on call pay, annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

Key Requirements
2+ years IT project management experience
4+ years MS Project, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com
