Job Summary

  • This job assists the hospital in the care of patients and performs special technical skills/treatments according to level of knowledge under the supervision of a physician.
  • Provides direct patient care, within the scope of their license, with supervision from the physician, including medical treatment, wound care, medication administration, bloodwork, and IV fluid administration.
  • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days
