Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing day to day nursing activities in accordance with current rules and regulations governing the long term care facility.
Provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing personnel, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain quality resident care.
Participate in facility committees, staff development, infection control programs, and quality assurance to support continuous improvement of nursing services.
