Base: $106,000.00 - $176,600.00; Bonus/Equity: 15.0% bonus target, eligibility for share-based long term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive and generous benefits package including 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, personal days, caregiver/parental/medical leave, health, dental, and vision coverage

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience OR Master's degree with 2 years of experience OR PhD with 0+ years of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma with 10 years of experience
• Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Extensive knowledge of corporate quality systems
• Strong people management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
