  • Oversee service delivery for the Concur platform, acting as the key liaison between various teams including Delivery, SAP Concur, Environment, Testing & Transition.
  • Monitor and track high priority and escalated tickets, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business admins, external vendors, and facilitate governance meetings to review service performance.
