Oversee service delivery for the Concur platform, acting as the key liaison between various teams including Delivery, SAP Concur, Environment, Testing & Transition.
Monitor and track high priority and escalated tickets, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business admins, external vendors, and facilitate governance meetings to review service performance.
