Base: 170,000 CAD - 220,000 CAD for Level 4, 225,000 CAD - 275,000 CAD for Level 5; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for equity; Benefits: Eligible for benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High-performance GPU kernel optimization
Multi-GPU and multi-cloud workload scaling
Python and C/C++ programming
GPU programming with CUDA and NCCL
Container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
Performance engineering in ML frameworks
Nice-to-have
Experience with Go or Rust
Hands-on ML compiler and DSL development
Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Open-source contributions and publications
Knowledge of containerd/CRI-O/CRIU technologies
Production observability and CI/CD
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/CE/SE with 7+ years experience
Master’s degree in CS/CE/SE with 5+ years experience
PhD with thesis and top-tier publications in ML Systems or HPC
Strong CS fundamentals including algorithms, OS, and parallel programming
