Job Summary
This role leads a team to design and maintain a robust compliance framework ensuring adherence to Guernsey and Jersey financial crime laws.
The incumbent acts as the primary support to the firm's MLCO for AML/CFT policies and manages relationships with the Jersey and Guernsey Financial Services Commissions.
Responsibilities include preparing regulatory reports, coordinating business risk assessments, and embedding technology solutions to enhance compliance efficiencies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
AML/CFT and CPF policy management
Regulatory reporting to JFSC and GFSC
Business Risk Assessment (BRA) coordination
Financial crime risk mitigation strategies
Team leadership and coaching capabilities
Nice-to-have
Experience as MLRO or Deputy MLRO
SAR investigation and reporting experience
Global compliance framework familiarity
Advanced compliance technology proficiency
Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset
Key Requirements
Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW)
ICAD Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance
3-5 years relevant compliance experience
Work authorization required for Jersey/Guernsey
Government clearance required
