Job Summary
The incumbent will be working under the supervision of Raja Bhattacharyya, PhD., Assistant Professor of Neurology.
The successful individual will investigate the molecular mechanism(s) of how AD-associated cellular proteins in the ER and mitochondria regulate mitochondrial function and the biosynthesis of the amyloid beta from APP, central to the pathogenesis of AD.
The candidate is expected to show a high degree of interest in the project, self-motivation, and initiative to problem-solving.
