Base: $183,200.00 - $243,200.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation plan and discretionary equity awards available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Wellness

Must-have
10 plus years pharmaceutical sales experience
Solid Tumor oncology market expertise
Proven track record in sales management
Experience with IV medications and injectables
Knowledge of Medicare Part D and managed care
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in OD, ORGL or MBA
Cross-functional experience in marketing
Ability to conduct Crucial Conversations
Strategic focus on developing new business
Self-starting independent work style
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
10+ years pharmaceutical sales & management experience
Significant Solid Tumor experience preferred
Supervisory experience recruiting and leading teams
