The position serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, fostering strong partnerships, enhancing customer retention, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, business development, and customer relationship management across South-East Asia and Oceania. Key Responsibilities Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including sourcing, operations/supply chain, and project stakeholders at the regional level. Analyze clients' supply chain requirements to identify potential opportunities for the company’s services (air, sea, third-party logistics, and others). Develop and execute strategies for business continuity and expansion in coordination with Regional/Country Sales & Marketing Heads and Executive Sponsors. Account Management Engage with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen regional partnerships. Manage multiple Global Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Achieve and exceed budget targets, including net sales and volume growth. Lead in-country key account teams, enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate customer profiles, including trade lane air and sea target volumes. Ensure up-to-date CRM system records with key account activities and insights. Oversee and co-manage contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with the Global Account Manager. Take ownership of key client engagements, including meetings, RFQs, business implementations, training sessions, and reporting. Collaborate with in-country Key Account Managers (KAMs) to develop tailored solutions that optimize cost, quality, and value-added services based on customer needs. Address major service issues, claims, KPI challenges, and accounts receivable (AR) concerns, working closely with in-country KAMs. Support profit and loss (P&L) improvements b
