Key Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma RN
  • 3 or more years of RN experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid Registered Nursing license
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or American Case Management (ACM) certification
