• This customer-focused leader is responsible for shaping and driving an integrated service strategy across UMD’s core technology services by working hands-on with technical leaders and stakeholders.
• The Director develops and executes an enterprise technology adoption strategy for key services and initiatives, building campus readiness through effective communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
• This position directly manages the Unified Communications and Identity Management teams, aligning their roadmaps, service delivery, and adoption outcomes with campus needs and portfolio priorities.
