Job Summary

  • Work closely with the matter team to ensure new transactions are set up optimally to meet both external client and legal requirements and internal reporting/billing requirements.
  • Monitor the setup of clients/matters to ensure compliance with the regulations and billing/rates requirements, liaising where relevant with the Business Finance, Risk Management and Tax Teams.
  • Identify process improvements to the internal NBI Matter Management processes and provide ad hoc project support for the NBI team globally.
