Job Summary
Professionally achieve regional business objectives by ensuring the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan in accordance with company policies and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
Develop regional business plans by conducting SWOT analysis of the market and coaching medical representatives to ensure effective achievement of goals.
Develop capabilities and improve efficiency according to the requirements in the Regional Manager (DSM) capability model and actively spread, develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behavior, being a role model for other employees.
