  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing day to day nursing functions in accordance with long term care regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure nursing staff compliance with policies, supervise personnel, and participate in quality assurance and care planning activities.
  • Provide direct nursing care, manage admissions and discharges, and maintain safety, sanitation, and infection control standards throughout the facility.

  • Current active RN license in state

  • Knowledge of PCC preferred
  • Maintain continuing education/licensing
