Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10 years risk management experience
Develop enterprise risk management frameworks
Implement governance structures and policies
Manage change control processes and CCB
Ensure Saudi Arabian regulatory compliance
Nice-to-have
Arabic language proficiency highly desirable
Experience with mega-projects in Saudi Arabia
Knowledge of Vision 2030 initiatives
Familiarity with digital transformation risks
Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 8-10 years progressive experience in risk management
3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
PMI-RMP, CRM, or ISO 31000 certification preferred
Background in construction, real estate, or infrastructure industries
