Key Requirements
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years experience; 16 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
Prior experience leading enterprise HR, workforce, or transformation initiatives
Prior experience in project and change management
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis
Prior experience translating complex data into executive-ready materials
Facilitation skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
