Job Summary

  • This role is critical to meeting Group-wide regulatory requirements for Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS), ensuring changes are delivered within the Group’s Change Management Risk Appetite.
  • The role will partner with Operational Risk to drive practical adoption across Technology—owning the uplift of CMRS obligations and content and ensuring consistent implementation and evidence across initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to define business commitments, outcomes, and OKRs, ensuring alignment with broader Domain strategies and objectives.
