  • This role serves as the backbone of the HR delivery model for the Iberia Region during ABB Robotics' transition to a standalone entity.
  • The successful candidate will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday, ensuring 100% data accuracy for payroll and reporting across legacy and new teams.
  • You will lead the administrative execution of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding contract generation to offboarding documentation.
