Base: $143,487.14 - $197,294.82; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based upon performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
8+ years of engineering experience
Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
Experience with multi-disciplinary design teams
Requirements management and system design knowledge
Nice-to-have
2-4 years leadership or project management experience
Familiarity with MS Project and JIRA software
INCOSE certification or background
Experience leading baseline definition in complex settings
