Job Summary
This position provides social work services to a caseload of 20-30 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who may have behavioral challenges or medical issues.
The social worker leads the facilitation of admissions, transitions, discharges, and guardianship petitions while completing psychosocial evaluations for new residents.
Candidates must possess CPI training as well as First Aid and CPR certification to ensure safety and compliance within the residential units.
