Base: $25.50-$33.74 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off

Must-have
Operate and set up CNC shop equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Work with small precision parts to close tolerances
Use basic inspection tools and techniques
Follow quality and safety procedures
Perform preventative machine maintenance

Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience
Technical degree or certification preferred
