Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP (Master's/Doctorate preferred)
  • Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
  • Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within one year of hire
  • Prior regional experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Maintain license in good standing per state board requirements
