Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, and ensure residents remain dry and comfortable.
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers, and report injuries of an unknown source.
