Salary
Base: $223,300 - $270,581; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellbeing support programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Terminal doctoral degree MD PharmD or PhD
5-7 years clinical or pharmaceutical experience
5 years field medical experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of Atrial Fibrillation and Secondary Stroke Prevention
Experience with anticoagulation strategies and Factor XIa inhibition
Nice-to-have
Coaching and mentoring in geographically disbursed teams
Ability to navigate ambiguous matrix environments
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Proven track record managing multiple projects autonomously
Key Requirements
Terminal doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD)
Minimum 5-7 years in clinical or pharmaceutical environment
Minimum 5 years of field medical experience
Understanding of US Healthcare system and clinical research principles
Willingness to live in territory or within 50 miles of border
