Job Summary

• This role exists to build and lead a dedicated, expert-led function that owns how Evinova responds when things go wrong and how to prevent them from happening less often.
• You will be the single accountable coordinator for all production incidents, leading War Room response sessions and driving resolution, while also owning stakeholder and executive communications during active incidents.
• The annual base pay for this position ranges from $165,656.80 - $217,424.55 USD, with additional short-term incentive bonus opportunity, eligibility for long-term incentive program, and comprehensive benefits.
