Key Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Social Welfare/Social Science or similar
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of barriers affecting young people in state care
  • Ability to work in a culturally safe, trauma-informed manner
  • Strong knowledge of Aboriginal culture
  • Proven experience in case management, assessment, counselling, and crisis intervention
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level computer literacy
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • WA CPFS Child Protection Screening Checks
  • Full driver licence with no restrictions
