Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
Comprehensive understanding of barriers affecting young people in state care
Ability to work in a culturally safe, trauma-informed manner
Strong knowledge of Aboriginal culture
Proven experience in case management, assessment, counselling, and crisis intervention
