  • Budget control and payment valuation skills
  • Risk management and claims resolution expertise

Nice-to-have

  • Valid CSCS card with Water Hygiene Card

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Full Membership of RICS or substantively progressed APC pathway
  • Right to work in the UK required
  • Minimum 3 days site presence per week
  • Postgraduate experience in Rail, Nuclear, Water, or Environment
