  • The Vice President, HST Strategy, builds and leads a best-in-class strategy capability that delivers sustainable, profitable growth for HST.
  • Responsible for developing a clear differentiated segment strategy that guides portfolio choices, where-to-play / how-to-win decisions, executes priorities, and is understood and used by Presidents and GMs across the segment.
  • This leader sits on the HST leadership team and works closely with the Group Executive, VP of 8020 and business unit leaders to shape where the segment plays, how it wins, and how it delivers sustained outperformance.
