Harper Group is seeking a Territory Manager for their Home Fragrance and Accessories division in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive outside sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven record of achieving sales goals
Job Summary
Harper Group is seeking an experienced, self-starting, motivated Territory Manager to provide retail field customer service to our retail clients in the Virginia area, with a focus on Home Fragrance and Accessories.
Responsibilities include servicing and growing sales within an existing account base, calling on existing accounts, prospecting for new business, taking orders, merchandising, and making face-to-face sales.
Qualified candidates will possess 3+ years of outside sales experience, excellent face-to-face selling and closing skills, demonstrated sales accomplishments, and exceptional communication skills.
