JLL is seeking a Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Director to lead HSSE management systems across client sites in the EMEA region. The role focuses on ensuring employee safety and environmental compliance while fostering a strong safety culture
Job Summary
The HSSE Director will manage the implementation of JLL’s HSSE management systems on client sites, across an assigned geographic area, in EMEA, with the primary objective of ensuring employee and contractor safety and minimizing environmental impact.
This key account role provides tactical HSSE leadership, ensuring compliance with JLL, client, and local regulatory requirements, and acting as the primary HSSE point of contact for countries in the assigned geographic area.
The role involves tactical implementation of account objectives, monitoring and reporting on HSSE performance, and actively supporting program and culture development to drive best practices and strong safety culture.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years HSSE management experience
Degree in occupational safety and health or related
Recognized professional HSSE qualifications
Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or GxP regulated environments highly desirable
